- surcharge per person in the room in the summer months min. 60, -Kč, otherwise 20%
- surcharge for one person in the room in the winter months + 50%
- extra charge for one night 20% /
- person on extra bed discount - 30% / 2 adults + (child - 30%)
- without animals, spa fee 26, -CZK
- Reservations without a deposit (in the summer months) confirm the day before 12 o'clock with time of arrival
- reservation without deposit in the winter months must be confirmed on the day of arrival within 10 hours
- Common Cancellation Terms
- CANCELLATION POLICY:
20% of the price paid if canceled within 28-21 days before the first service date.
50% of the price paid if canceled within 21-14 days before the first service date.
75% of the price paid if canceled within 14-07 days prior to the first service date.
100% of the price paid for the agreed services, if canceled within 7 days and less before the first service date.
